What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve software application, data transfer, and connectivity issues to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Manage multiple customer cases with thorough documentation and communication to customers and account managers.
- Identify recurring technical issues to support product quality initiatives and create user-friendly documentation.
- Engage in process enhancements to improve efficiency and expedite incident resolution.
- Provide basic training on functionality setup and collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical issue resolution and product improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with 25% office presence required in Maitland, Milwaukee, or Boston.
- Experience in end user technical support for software applications, SQL, and CSV/Fixed file format review.
- Strong analytical, follow-up, and multitasking skills with ability to work autonomously in dynamic conditions.
- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience.
