What you will do

Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with 25% office presence required in Maitland, Milwaukee, or Boston, USA.
- Experience in end user technical support for software applications, SQL, and CSV/fixed file format review.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and follow-up skills with ability to work autonomously in dynamic conditions.
- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience.
