What you will do

• Design, test, and refine prompts for tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway to ensure brand-aligned outputs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to integrate AI content into concepts and presentations.
• Ensure all AI-generated content complies with ethical, copyright, and data privacy regulations.
• Develop and maintain a central repository of reusable prompts for various internal use cases.
• Monitor AI trends, evaluate new tools, and streamline AI adoption across creative processes.
• Document best practices and conduct internal training sessions on AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or generative AI within a creative or agency environment.
• Deep understanding of AI models and technical fluency with tools like Runway, ComfyUI, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Strong interest in advertising, feature films, video gaming, and animation.
• Solid understanding of licensing and copyright principles regarding AI output.
