What you will do

• Proactively identify and map existing processes to pinpoint AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business and AI experts to detail specific AI use cases and conceptualize "AI Product" solutions.
• Strategically refine our AI project pipeline, integrating AI-driven process redesign and our AI products across the entire value chain.
• Evaluate, conceptualize, and guide the implementation of advanced AI and digital solutions from a Business point of view.
• Establish innovative, AI-enhanced digital processes.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Process Owners on AI-driven automation principles, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Administration with a quantitative and technical focus.
• Minimum three years in data-driven process analysis and optimization/redesign with digital tools.
• Profound understanding and practical experience with AI technologies (chatbots, RPA, self-learning agents).
• Excellent analytical skills, quick comprehension, and structured presentation of complex business and technical contexts.
• Good system and process knowledge in areas like sales, administration, or production, ideally with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Fluency in English, strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, assertiveness, and experience with project and change management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Fluency in German is a Plus.
• Familiarity with statistical methods, analytical tools (SQL/BigQuery, Google Analytics), foundational programming (e.g. R, Python), and cloud environments.
