What you will do

• Identify and map workflows where AI can save significant time across multiple departments.
• Build and ship 3–5 production-ready AI tools including custom GPTs, API integrations, and automations.
• Train and coach AI Champions within teams through hands-on workshops and create lasting playbooks.
• Measure and document measurable time savings and impact within the first month.
• Report directly to the CEO with a mandate to operationalize AI leverage.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany
• Hands-on experience building real AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Strong technical foundation in Python, APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to identify key process inefficiencies and coach teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
