What you will do

• Concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, and experiential platforms.
• Design earned-first campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, project management, and influencer teams to achieve program objectives.
• Develop tactics that turn creative concepts into actionable, goal-oriented programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing direction to team members.
• Prepare and present creative work to clients, driving the approval process.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience managing day-to-day creative projects with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• Social-first mindset fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and internet subcultures.
• Proven track record of strategic collaboration and delivering high-impact, award-winning work.
• Professional mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Portfolio submission is required for consideration.

• Experience in influencer or community management.
