What you will do
- Define and maintain content governance standards, including lifecycle stages, naming conventions, and version control.
- Own metadata strategy and taxonomy standards to improve content findability and reuse.
- Serve as the primary business owner for CMS and DAM platforms, overseeing configuration and platform upgrades.
- Optimize end-to-end content workflows from intake through publishing, localization, and retirement.
- Collaborate with Brand, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing Technology teams to enforce standards and reduce risk.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor content performance, reuse rates, and system adoption.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Extensive experience in content operations, digital asset management (DAM), or web content management (CMS) with governance accountability.
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring enterprise-scale CMS or DAM platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in metadata strategy, taxonomy design, and modular content approaches.
- Strong background in workflow design, including intake, review, and approval processes.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams including Legal and Creative.
