What you will do
- Define and lead the end-to-end roadmap for conversion, onboarding, and lifecycle retention.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of designers, copywriters, and growth strategists.
- Analyze behavioral data and patient insights to map friction points and improve key touchpoints.
- Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to deliver intuitive, high-converting digital product experiences.
- Establish rigorous experimentation frameworks, prioritization logic, and performance reporting standards.
- Own commercial metrics including conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product growth, CRO, or retention in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success in owning and improving core conversion and retention metrics at scale.
- Deep understanding of UX, copy, and behavioral psychology principles.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort managing commercial KPIs.
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
- Clear and structured communication skills suitable for senior leadership.
