What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end roadmap for conversion, onboarding, and lifecycle retention.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of designers, copywriters, and growth strategists.
  • Analyze behavioral data and patient insights to map friction points and improve key touchpoints.
  • Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to deliver intuitive, high-converting digital product experiences.
  • Establish rigorous experimentation frameworks, prioritization logic, and performance reporting standards.
  • Own commercial metrics including conversion rates, retention, and LTV.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product growth, CRO, or retention in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and improving core conversion and retention metrics at scale.
  • Deep understanding of UX, copy, and behavioral psychology principles.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort managing commercial KPIs.
  • Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Clear and structured communication skills suitable for senior leadership.
