What you will do
- Assist executive leadership in implementing market-wide strategic initiatives and practice transformation plans.
- Lead, train, and mentor Practice Transformation Specialist teams while reviewing KPIs and professional development goals.
- Manage practice happiness initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact for provider network improvements.
- Coordinate regular practice visits and lead board meetings to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Identify operational opportunities for growth, practice satisfaction, and financial savings.
- Drive the successful adoption of new practice programs and clinical quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be a resident of Florida or South Carolina.
- Minimum 6-8+ years of experience in value-based care concepts (triple aim, risk stratification, accountable care).
- 6-8+ years of relevant experience in practice management, project management, or account management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving cross-functional success.
- Relevant degree in healthcare, health technology, or information systems (significant experience may substitute).
