• Ensure verification, industrial readiness, and scalable production capacity for complex AEW&C systems.
• Provide strategic technical direction as a key contributor to the AEW&C leadership team.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business unit to maintain competitive advantages.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex development and production organizations.
• Proven record of leading managers and large teams with full personnel responsibility.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Degree in engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to pass security vetting and meet citizenship obligations as required for clearance.
