What you will do

  • Own the customer relationship and act as the main interface between clients and internal logistics/operations teams.
  • Identify client needs and ensure services meet contractual requirements to drive long-term retention.
  • Manage scheduling requirements, reporting, and invoice accuracy for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate onsite services while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Connect with key business representatives from the customer team to maintain continuous business relationships.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Global Client Executives to support account growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Global Management with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong technical understanding of services, technology, and customer contracts.
  • Proficiency in operations management and coordinating complex service delivery.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
