What you will do

• Build and maintain robust infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to serve members and health professionals.
• Participate in technical and feature design interviews that mirror real-world development cycles.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product decisions and their implementation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, product-minded environment.
• Deploy code daily while maintaining high standards for service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
• Strong product mindset with a desire to understand member needs.
• Ability to participate in an on-site interview event in Paris on March 17th, 2026.
• Fluency in English (French is not required).
