hirify.global is a profitable, PE-backed scale-up operating an online services marketplace across multiple countries, currently transforming from lead generation to a subscription-based marketplace platform.

What you will do

• Build elegant and performant APIs and backend solutions.
• Translate UX/UI designs into production-quality frontend experiences using React and Typescript.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Convert business requirements into high-quality, production-ready solutions collaborating with engineers.
• Propose and implement improvements to the codebase and mentor other engineers.
• Design and code solutions for systems with thousands of transactions per second and collaborate on prototypes for usability and A/B testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• 5+ years experience with Python and 3+ years with React.
• Experience building scalable, high-performing web applications and production MySQL databases.
• Strong SQL skills and API development experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python frameworks, especially FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or AWS Fargate/ECS/EKS.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem including SQS, SNS, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB.
