What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for onboarding flows, guided configurations, and environment readiness.
• Establish and lead cross-product customer health metrics including data ingestion and configuration efficacy.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to identify and resolve adoption bottlenecks.
• Develop and own the roadmap for platform health and proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment and optimize user experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• Proven experience leading product development in cloud security or CNAPP environments (Vulnerability Management, CSPM, CIEM, CDR, or Attack Surface Management).
• Strong proficiency in managing Agile product cycles and backlogs.
• Experience driving product strategy based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Technical familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
