What you will do

  • Partner with the Customer Success Team to ensure high-quality client performance and reporting.
  • Solve complex analytical problems requiring advanced SQL expertise.
  • Evaluate and update algorithm performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish key performance insights for markets, event tracking, and automated notifications.
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses on booking trends and revenue management best practices for clients.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK.
  • 4+ years of experience in dynamic revenue management or the hospitality industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
