Commercial Analytics Analyst (Data Analytics): Supporting North American and LATAM commercial teams by managing internal data requests, monitoring daily business performance, and improving sales tracking implementations with an accent on data integrity and accuracy. Focus on building cross-functional relationships, developing insightful dashboards, and investigating metrics across multiple data sources to drive business decisions.

Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Support commercial teams by fulfilling data requests and producing easily consumable reports.
• Monitor daily performance metrics for NORAM and LATAM, including traffic shifts and product updates.
• Ensure quality of booking and conversion tracking for the LATAM region.
• Develop and improve internal reporting dashboards and data visualizations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between different data and reporting sources.
• Collaborate with business teams to define and track critical performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or IT related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL is a must.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite tools.
• High attention to detail and strong operational precision.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and collaborate across departments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the travel or online sector.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Superset, or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of tag management systems like GTM.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
