What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch process for new enterprise gym partners including timeline planning and internal coordination.
• Develop and maintain a standardized Partner Launch Playbook to ensure consistency across gym networks.
• Design and implement enablement programs for gym trainers and managers to drive effective product adoption.
• Coordinate in-gym marketing activations such as QR campaigns, demos, and internal communications.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor partner performance, adoption metrics, and retention.
• Collect structured product feedback and collaborate with product teams to influence the development roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong experience in project and operational management within cross-functional environments.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise clients or strategic partnerships.
• Ability to build scalable operational processes and playbooks from the ground up.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and adoption metrics.
• Experience working with multi-location businesses or large franchise networks.
