What you will do

• Provide technical support via telephone and email for medical device products.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by applying diagnostic tools and product manuals.
• Document complaints and service requests in the Oracle database according to SOPs.
• Manage the logistics of customer product returns and loaned device retrieval.
• Report special incidents to supervisors to ensure MHRA compliance.
• Perform administrative tasks including order entry and service record management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Runcorn, UK.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience or equivalent industry capacity.
• Degree or certificate in electronics or biomedical field preferred.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
