hirify.global is an international payments and acquiring provider operating as a licensed financial institution within the EU and UK, offering end-to-end payment infrastructure for merchants and fintechs.

What you will do

  • Develop and expand partnerships with banks, fintechs, and technology providers
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders including CTOs and COOs
  • Lead strategic, long-term sales cycles with financial institutions
  • Present and position card infrastructure and technical payment solutions consultatively
  • Engage with international payment systems and maintain industry communications
  • Act as a business advisor on IT systems integration within banking and processing environments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales within card acquiring or banking IT infrastructure
  • Established network of CTOs, CEOs, and Heads of Cards
  • Strong background in card infrastructure and payment processing
  • Experience selling to banks, EMIs, fintechs, or financial institutions
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience with European or international licensed financial structures is a plus
