What you will do

• Design, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance business workflows and productivity.
• Translate real-world business requirements into functional, scalable AI applications.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, APIs, and integration components for generative AI.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems using APIs and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Monitor solution performance, cost, and usage metrics to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Document technical designs and implementation patterns to maintain high standards of code quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI/ML development.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI, generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and integrating SaaS applications via APIs.
• English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in data engineering or cloud-native environment management.
• Background in business workflow optimization and enterprise system integration.
