hirify.global is seeking an experienced Head of Communications to lead the company's global communications strategy.

What you will do

• Lead the company's global communications strategy and ensure consistent execution.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, providing insights and recommendations.
• Oversee executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and media engagements.
• Lead global public relations and media relations, building strong relationships with media.
• Oversee corporate communications content and planning, including press releases and social media.
• Lead crisis communications and reputation management in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand communications, ideally in fintech, tech financial services, or online trading.
• Proven track record of developing and executing global communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments, and reputational risk management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
