What you will do

• Lead the global communications strategy, messaging pillars, corporate communications, and executive positioning.
• Advise the C-suite through strategic insights, reporting, and recommendations on reputation and brand positioning.
• Oversee executive communications, speeches, presentations, interviews, media engagements, industry events, conferences, and internal town halls.
• Lead global public relations, media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership.
• Develop communications content, strategic narratives, press materials, thought leadership, social media messaging, and communications planning.
• Lead and develop the communications team, set KPIs, oversee analytics, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related analytical field.
• More than 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand communications, ideally in fintech or online trading.
• Experience executing global communication strategies covering executive positioning, media relations, crisis communications, and large-scale narrative development.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments, and reputational risk management.
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, analytical, organisational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Interest in or experience using AI tools and emerging technologies for communications strategy, media intelligence, and operational efficiency.
