What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for competitive technical roles across Product, Engineering, and Data.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using advanced techniques like Boolean search and x-ray sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, streamline processes, and raise the hiring bar.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and build data-backed action plans.
- Collaborate on implementing AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Manage stakeholders across different levels and departments with clarity and structure.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruiting for high-competitive technical roles.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and market intelligence within the global tech landscape.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and process improvements.
