What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for competitive technical roles across Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using advanced techniques like Boolean search and x-ray sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, streamline processes, and raise the hiring bar.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and build data-backed action plans.
• Collaborate on implementing AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Manage stakeholders across different levels and departments with clarity and structure.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruiting for high-competitive technical roles.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and market intelligence within the global tech landscape.
