What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and commercial roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Identify and attract world-class full-stack engineers and enterprise commercial professionals.
  • Ensure a highly professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs.
  • Build scalable recruitment processes, pipelines, and reporting tools.
  • Support internal HR tasks such as onboarding and employee documentation (~10% of time).

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
  • Experience hiring for tech roles (full-stack engineers) and/or commercial enterprise roles.
  • Proven ability to identify and attract exceptional talent in competitive markets.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
