What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and commercial roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Identify and attract world-class full-stack engineers and enterprise commercial professionals.
- Ensure a highly professional and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs.
- Build scalable recruitment processes, pipelines, and reporting tools.
- Support internal HR tasks such as onboarding and employee documentation (~10% of time).
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
- Experience hiring for tech roles (full-stack engineers) and/or commercial enterprise roles.
- Proven ability to identify and attract exceptional talent in competitive markets.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
