What you will do

• Govern and evolve the central design system to ensure quality and scalability across product teams.
• Turn product requirements into reusable, clean, and intuitive UI components.
• Bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring seamless implementation of design patterns.
• Identify and resolve experience inconsistencies across the platform to raise the overall quality bar.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align on shared design standards.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation and streamline design contribution processes.

Requirements

• Strong visual design and UI proficiency with a portfolio demonstrating complex product work.
• Proven experience designing, contributing to, or governing design systems.
• Strong understanding of the intersection between design and engineering.
• High ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to simplify complex systems into scalable UX patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning multi-disciplinary teams around shared standards.

• Experience in scaling design contributions within a large organization.
