What you will do
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales and Business Development Representatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine qualification approaches and lead generation campaigns.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including call scripts, templates, and messaging frameworks.
- Measure team performance through KPIs and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the overall sales model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing sales opportunities and team performance.
- Proven ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and business strategy.
- Experience in developing demand generation campaigns and coaching teams to success.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with demonstrated business acumen.
- Experience working in the software industry.
