What you will do

• Investigate technical trading inquiries and provide data for final adjudication.
• Analyze system activity to identify patterns and potential operational inefficiencies.
• Monitor global data feeds for corporate actions to ensure internal platform accuracy.
• Support the testing and implementation of system enhancements and new software updates.
• Maintain and update technology-related content on the company website.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely support on data and system matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in financial services, operations, or support roles.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading products, and basic trading concepts.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Familiarity with trading platforms like MT4 or MT5.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities under pressure.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of copy trading mechanics.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
