What you will do
- Identify and engage high-value corporate counterparties including token issuers, blockchain foundations, and institutional market participants.
- Lead complex commercial discussions and build a structured pipeline for derivatives and liquidity provision.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of key corporate clients.
- Collaborate with trading and product teams to design and scale bespoke liquidity solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate internal sales activities to structure complex deals.
- Provide strategic insights on token economics and market opportunities to inform business strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within financial services or crypto.
- Deep understanding of market structure, trading concepts, and derivatives.
- Proven track record of originating and closing complex commercial agreements in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with digital asset markets, liquidity dynamics, and token issuer requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously in an entrepreneurial, technology-driven environment.
