What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-value corporate counterparties including token issuers, blockchain foundations, and institutional market participants.
  • Lead complex commercial discussions and build a structured pipeline for derivatives and liquidity provision.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of key corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with trading and product teams to design and scale bespoke liquidity solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and coordinate internal sales activities to structure complex deals.
  • Provide strategic insights on token economics and market opportunities to inform business strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within financial services or crypto.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, trading concepts, and derivatives.
  • Proven track record of originating and closing complex commercial agreements in fast-moving environments.
  • Familiarity with digital asset markets, liquidity dynamics, and token issuer requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in an entrepreneurial, technology-driven environment.
