Focus on intelligently configuring, continuously optimizing, and adoption effectively across marketing and sales development.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap across the marketing and revenue tech stack.
  • Train and fine-tune AI models, copilots, and agents within tools such as Qualified, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Highspot.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows using native platform automation and recommending new tools.
  • Ensure clean data, scalable architecture, and strong integrations across platforms within Qualified, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Train marketing and SDR teams on AI-powered features and best practices.
  • Leverage dashboards and reporting to measure impact on pipeline, conversion rates, efficiency, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Qualified, and Salesforce (required).
  • Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, or Calibermind.
  • Experience training, configuring, or optimizing AI features within martech and salestech platforms.
  • Familiarity with SDR tools such as Outreach and Hightspot or Mindtickel.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Clearly articulate AI processes to less people (Marketing).
  • Experience in global cybersecurity or Fintech, or B2B Saas organizations.
  • Experience with CaliberMind (or other multi-touch attribution platforms).
  • Background in RevOps or Sales Ops.
