What you will do

• Build and maintain accurate marketing and sales data lists in internal systems and through online research.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Power BI, and Google Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance data-driven processes.
• Spot trends, identify gaps, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in data management and analytics, preferably in marketing or sales.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into actionable stories.
• Comfortable working with English at a perfect level; knowledge of French and other European languages is a plus.
• Team spirit, curiosity, and autonomy in work approach.
• Hybrid work format with presence in Belgium and Mauritius.
