What you will do

• Scout, pitch, and close new strategic partners such as social secretaries, business federations, and accountants.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner success, providing marketing collateral and coordinating joint campaigns.
• Nurture the partner portfolio through performance reviews, data analysis, and continuous optimization initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including member acquisition, signed contracts, and generated ARR.
• Work cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnership development
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Native-level fluency in French and/or Dutch
• Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong ability to measure partnership impact and ROI
• Excellent networking and pitching skills targeting C-level executives
