Location: London, UK, Hybrid with occasional onsite work and UK Security Clearance eligibility required

What you will do

Map end-to-end data science approaches and design software architecture for projects
Drive technical scoping and feasibility assessments of new projects
Build strong client relationships as a technical advisor
Deliver bespoke algorithms and scalable software solutions for high-stakes decision-making
Set technical standards for project teams ensuring high code quality and delivery rigor
Contribute to thought leadership through teaching, public speaking, or open-source projects

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or near London with willingness to work onsite occasionally
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) required
Proven experience in professional data science or quantitative academic roles with strong mathematical and statistical skills
Strong Python programming skills with proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
Solid grasp of core data science techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series, NLP, and model validation
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical solutions for senior and non-technical audiences
