What you will do
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and systems using Python to process complex unstructured and semi-structured financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product owners, and business SMEs, to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Build and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines including data validation, model training, monitoring, and automated testing.
- Implement machine learning solutions within an iterative, Agile environment.
- Utilize containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools to maintain production-grade AI systems.
Requirements
- Must have commercial production experience with Python, including pandas and unit testing.
- Extensive experience with NLP, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Must be able to attend the office in London or Bristol for at least 40% of the working week.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying models into production environments.
- Knowledge of end-to-end pipelines including data processing, clustering, and regression.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of GenAI and LLM development trends.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
