hirify.global is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building custom Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Voice AI systems.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy custom LLM-based solutions.
• Fine-tune and adapt open-source or proprietary LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
• Develop and optimize NLP pipelines (text classification, entity extraction, summarization, intent detection, etc.).
• Build and integrate Voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, conversational voice agents).
• Integrate AI models with backend services and APIs.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost, ensuring AI solutions follow best practices for security and privacy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong experience with custom LLM development or fine-tuning.
• Solid background in NLP techniques and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Voice AI (Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Experience with REST/gRPC APIs and model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-modal AI (text + voice).
• Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex.
• Experience building AI agents, conversational AI, or MLOps.
