hirify.global is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building custom Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Voice AI systems.
What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy custom LLM-based solutions.
- Fine-tune and adapt open-source or proprietary LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
- Develop and optimize NLP pipelines (text classification, entity extraction, summarization, intent detection, etc.).
- Build and integrate Voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, conversational voice agents).
- Integrate AI models with backend services and APIs.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost, ensuring AI solutions follow best practices for security and privacy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong experience with custom LLM development or fine-tuning.
- Solid background in NLP techniques and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Voice AI (Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs and model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-modal AI (text + voice).
- Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex.
- Experience building AI agents, conversational AI, or MLOps.
