Location: Hybrid work from Warsaw office, Poland with relocation support provided.

Salary: 39,800 – 54,670 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead and support the Localization Tech engineering team across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and cross-functional teams including designers, writers, and localization project managers.
• Develop and maintain core technical features and pipelines for dialogue authoring and Unreal Engine cinematic systems.
• Optimize and debug features in collaboration with QA.
• Foster team growth and nurture technical talent.
• Ensure alignment across teams to deliver cohesive dialogue experiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from Warsaw office, Poland.
• At least 5 years experience with Unreal Engine on AA or AAA projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing a development team of ~7 members.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience with dialogue authoring tools, cinematic design, and localization pipelines.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with relational databases, gRPC, C#, and .NET.
• Risk management and team development skills.
