What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex tools from initial design to implementation.
• Identify and implement pipeline improvements to enhance productivity across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain proprietary UI frameworks for internal content creation.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to translate creative needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
• Ensure the development of clean, reliable, and scalable code.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of C++ and industry development best practices.
• Solid knowledge of Python and script development.
• Experience developing game-specific tools and content pipelines.
• Deep understanding of UI toolkits such as Qt, wxWidgets, or WinForms.
• Experience with procedural generation techniques and game design patterns.
• Strong English language proficiency required for collaboration and documentation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for professional-grade game tools.
• Experience writing plugins or extensions for DCC software.
• Familiarity with standard game content formats like FBX or USD.
