Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Assist in strategic business planning and defining new projects.
• Elicit, analyze, and specify requirements during the development process.
• Maintain up-to-date product specifications for knowledge sharing between project teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate information sharing and ensure efficient problem-solving.
• Monitor and ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with QAs, DEVs, and Designers during requirements and solution design implementation and validation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.
• Experience in developing and maintaining back-office infrastructure and/or applications.
• Experience with using/documenting REST APIs and Postman.
• Ability to understand and use system logs for analysis; Kafka experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Relational and NoSQL Databases.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Domain Knowledge in Gambling and Live games.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field of study or one of the globally-recognized certifications: CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA, etc.
