What you will do

• Own the full design process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences
• Lead key design initiatives for Outplayed
• Partner with Product, R&D, design teams, and stakeholders to shape and execute product vision
• Contribute to product discovery, vision, and planning for innovation and improvement
• Build and evolve the design system to maintain quality and consistency
• Defend great UX against poor design practices

Requirements

• Location: Ramat Gan, Israel or United Kingdom with remote work option
• 5+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex end-to-end projects
• Experience designing B2C or B2B2C products and simplifying complex concepts
• Strong UX/UI principles, information architecture, and design system knowledge
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mindset and gamer understanding audience needs

Nice to have

• Experience designing gaming or consumer products
• Experience as sole designer in fast-paced environment
• BA in Visual Communication
