What you will do
- Develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company goals for brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Identify market opportunities, anticipate trends, and leverage competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee the consistent application of brand identity, voice, and messaging.
- Direct the strategy for all digital marketing channels.
- Define and oversee the content strategy, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in marketing leadership, overseeing teams and strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven measurable business growth.
- Deep expertise across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, brand management, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
