• Mentor and coach senior engineers to foster professional growth.
• Lead design reviews for complex software projects and critical features.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal or able to work hybrid from there.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Experience leading design and architecture of scalable, reliable systems.
• Proven mentorship and leadership abilities for senior engineers.
• Ability to navigate and lead through ambiguous technical and business challenges.
