What you will do

• Perform daily verification checks to ensure portfolio account data accuracy within SLAs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and exceptions, coordinating with Engineering Support.
• Maintain and optimize operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Support, Solution Architects, Sales, and Services to address client data inquiries.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and implement new processes and tooling to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Participate in company initiatives to launch new product offerings and services.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom from day one; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience in financial investment/advisory industry with knowledge of capital markets, trade processing, and middle/back-office operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Jira, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or similar financial systems.
