What you will do
- Partner with key customers to understand and achieve cybersecurity objectives and increase resilience.
- Establish strategies using hirify.global's Cyber Resilience Methodology and offerings.
- Engage cybersecurity stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
- Recommend and deliver improvements to cybersecurity programs leveraging operational and technical knowledge.
- Drive adoption of hirify.global's software to maximize customer value.
- Develop custom reports and deliver executive business reviews with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Must be located in the DC Metro area, Virginia, or Maryland to support federal customers.
- 3+ years experience in information security or consulting roles.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- Deep understanding of cyber operations and organizational cyber preparedness.
- Ability to develop and deliver people-centric cybersecurity programs.
- Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience working with or partnering federal agencies, military branches, or civilian agencies.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including hardware, software, networking, and security tools.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Team/Red Team operations, Windows and Linux OS, SIEM, and cloud environments.
- Security clearance is a plus but not required.
