What you will do

- Deliver presentations, demos, and technical content to promote product adoption.
- Work cross-functionally to solve complex problems and prioritize product development.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, USA
- 5+ years of product management experience in cloud computing technology.
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager with full product lifecycle ownership.
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Preferred: 2+ years contact center or customer service industry experience.
