Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, USA
• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud computing technology.
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager with full product lifecycle ownership.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Preferred: 2+ years contact center or customer service industry experience.
