TL;DR

Application Support Analyst (Fintech): Providing client services and 24/7 support for hirify.global Market Technology products with an accent on incident management, troubleshooting, and service delivery monitoring. Focus on handling global user inquiries, collaborating with client tech teams, and maintaining knowledge base accuracy.

Location: Hybrid work model based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines with at least 2 office days per week

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day product support to hirify.global Market Technology clients.
  • Track, follow up, and resolve operational, technical, and user-reported issues.
  • Perform incident management and monitor application quality of service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues from monitoring or user reports.
  • Collaborate with client technical teams and handle change requests and user access provisioning.
  • Escalate issues to technology teams and senior management as needed and update knowledge base systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; new graduates with relevant internships considered.
  • At least 4 years experience in Data Center, Trading, Computer, or Network Operations for non-degree holders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SVN, Putty, and MS Office (Excel).
  • Good understanding of service level metrics and basic data analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Amenability to shifting schedules for 24/7 team operations.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
  • ITIL and Six Sigma certifications.
  • Prior technical or helpdesk support experience.
