Salary: $218,025—$256,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Build tooling and automation to manage Kubernetes clusters reliably and improve user experience.
• Operationalize Kubernetes platform to be automated and self-healing, reducing on-call burden.
• Develop new Kubernetes-related capabilities for service owners.
• Support customers operating critical services on Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Must have at least 8 years of software engineering experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or GCP infrastructure.
• Ability to build backend services alongside infrastructure.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience scaling backend infrastructure.
