Salary: $117,385—$138,100 USD annually

What you will do

• Assist with handling routine anti-tax evasion (ATE) advisory requests and act as escalation point for ATE risk questions.
• Design and implement controls to detect and mitigate tax evasion risk.
• Create and deliver ATE training to diverse audiences.
• Provide subject matter expert support on anti-tax evasion risk assessments.
• Stay informed on changes in the crypto ecosystem and ATE regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in Compliance, Risk, or Legal functions.
• Working knowledge of anti-tax evasion and AML regulations including CARF and UK Corporate Criminal Offense.
• Experience designing and implementing tax evasion risk controls.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations.
• Responsible use of generative AI tools in workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or financial services.
• Foundational knowledge of the crypto ecosystem with eagerness to learn more.
