What you will do

• Simulate and analyze power system stability using PSCAD and similar software for new technology integration.
• Develop system architecture concepts and technical documentation for clean energy and grid integration projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and SMEs to select equipment and define solutions.
• Collaborate on de-risking strategies, test plans, and analyze pilot project results.
• Support test plan development and execution at pilot sites.
• Transfer knowledge and materials to product engineers for engineering documentation and training.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work remotely within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required; MS or PhD preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience, preferably in clean energy and EMT power system modeling.
• Proficiency with PSCAD or similar EMT simulation software.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and collaborate across engineering, project management, and commercial teams.
