Location: Fully onsite at three Houston, TX locations (zip codes 77042, 77007, 77063), Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm CST.

Salary: $28-$34 hourly

What you will do

• Identify and refer employees to work-life, financial, legal, and basic needs support resources.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and assist with applications and follow-ups for community and mental health resources.
• Collaborate with internal care teams to support employees needing emergency funding and resource referrals.
• Document and track metrics related to social work involvement and referral outcomes.
• Represent hirify.global and maintain communication with local contacts and partners.
• Promote the community care advocate service offering to employees and attend customer meetings as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• English and Spanish fluency required
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of social work resource connections.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholder needs and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using various computer platforms in a tech-enabled environment.
• Motivated to provide a high-touch experience and embrace diversity and inclusion.
