Salary: $195,000–$280,000

What you will do

• Lead and evolve OFAC sanctions and counter-illicit finance compliance programs including wallet screening and enforcement controls
• Interpret sanctions regimes and make disposition decisions on compliance investigations
• Execute risk assessments and deliver compliance reporting to senior leadership
• Own GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy and data regulatory compliance efforts
• Support product teams with privacy risk analysis and contract negotiations
• Track legislative developments and provide regulatory input across the legal function

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• JD with 5–7+ years in sanctions/OFAC compliance, AML, or financial crimes
• Working knowledge of privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, and digital asset markets
• Proven judgment in making compliance disposition calls
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, lean environment
