What you will do

• Measure success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to develop affiliate recruitment strategies
• Prospect and identify targeted potential affiliates and create personalized strategies
• Manage affiliate landing pages and offers, supporting company-wide marketing alignment
• Source new affiliate opportunities and optimize partnerships at industry events
• Analyze data to justify results and drive projects involving complex cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience
• 0-2 years experience in digital marketing, agency sales, account management, or business development
• Working knowledge of social media management, advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO
• Strong communication skills including public speaking and professional writing
• Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
