Salary: $325,000 - $365,000

What you will do

• Define and build the infrastructure layer including identity and access management and core document services
• Design and implement data services layer, APIs, and MCP server for secure data exposure
• Develop connectors to key third-party enterprise systems such as SAP
• Own product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Manage and inspire a high-performing product management team
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Legal, and GTM teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco with hybrid office attendance
• 8+ years of experience delivering innovative and commercially successful platforms
• 5+ years leading product management teams
• Proven track record building scaled API or MCP platforms preferred
• Strong communication skills and strategic leadership as a player-coach
• Ability to balance product innovation with business and go-to-market execution
