What you will do

• Design, manage, and execute the GTM tooling strategy for the Post-Sales organization, optimizing tools for usability, scale, and effectiveness across CSP, ADS, and CRM.
• Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake to completion, partnering with GTM, IT, Procurement, and BI teams.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and best practices guides.
• Establish yourself as a key resource within the GTM team for industry standards around scaling through tools.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Program Management or Business Systems roles.
• Strong personal passion for technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity in a business setting.
• Proven experience managing GTM tools with a focus on Customer Success (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight) and Professional Services (e.g., Kantata, Productive).
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools.
• Comfortable balancing immediate needs with a future vision and managing around ambiguity to create robust processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
